After you have completed the player registration and payment you will need to do the following.
1.) Fill out the FCA Waiver Form by clicking here.
2.) Make sure your US Lacrosse Membership is up to date through the enirety of the tournament. You can check your US Lacrosse Membership by clicking here.
3.) Book your travel and lodging.
