Liberty University, a member of the NCAA Division I, located in Lynchburg, VA is seeking a fulltime assistant coach for its Women’s Lacrosse Program. Liberty seeks an assistant coach who demonstrates a strong commitment to the Christian faith and to the mission and values of Liberty University. The successful candidate will assist the head coach in responsibilities including but not limited to: coaching individual skill/technique sessions, recruiting, travel planning and itineraries, game day preparation, practice plans, film analysis and all other duties assigned by the head coach. The candidate must also possess a strong commitment to the academic success of student-athletes and will also be responsible for conducting the program within the guidelines of the University and the NCAA.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree; previous college coaching and/or playing experience; demonstrated ability to organize and develop recruiting plan; computer skills; knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations; proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with students, fellow employees, program boosters, and the public.

Messiah College is offering a graduate assistant position for the 2012-2013 season. The position will include assisting the head coach in all facets of the lacrosse program, including recruitment of excellent student-athletes, organization and planning of practices, game preparation, administrative duties, scouting, and monitoring academic program of student-athletes.

The graduate assistantship consists of 20 hours per week and offers a financial stipend commensurate with the expectations associated with the position. Stipends for 2012-2013 range from $8,000 to $10,000. Students who receive graduate assistantships also pay full tuition, that is, tuition is not waived. At this time, graduate students are not eligible for student health insurance. To be eligible for a graduate assistantship, you must be enrolled full-time (15 academic units per calendar year) and maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0. Appointment: Part-Time

Greater Atlanta Christian School is looking for the following: 2-3 boys lacrosse assistants including JV head coach who have a faithful and dedicated relationship with Jesus Christ.

GACS has had a boys lacrosse program since 2006 and has grown into having 1 Varsity and 1 JV team (will probably add a Freshman team for 2013 school year). There is also a GACS youth program that competes in the Gwinnett Lacrosse League and fields 120+ players.

HS Lacrosse facility includes sprint turf (also played on by football team and girls lacrosse) with a 30' x 15' cement wall and 10' high nets 5 yds beyond the endline.

Oklahoma Baptist University is searching for a women's lacrosse coach to start the program. OBU competes at the NAIA level. Currently, the NAIA does not recognize women's lacrosse as a championship sport and OBU will compete at the club level. However, OBU women's lacrosse will offer competitive lacrosse scholarships and be funded at the same level as our other varsity sports. Candidates must be a committed Christian who can understand and further the mission of the university. Previous collegiate coaching experience a plus. Experience starting a program from the ground up also a plus. Masters degree preferred. Position will include all responsibilities included in starting a program from the ground up.

This opportunity involves planting the seeds for what may become a varsity girls' team in three years. The ideal candidate should have prior playing and/or coaching experience. This is a part-time coaching-only position with a stipend offered. Candidates must be able to attend practice and/or games four days per week.
